Download your new blogger template to your computer. If the template is contained in a zip file, ensure you have extracted the XML template.
Note:  Upload only xml file for blogger templates

1. Login to your blogger account
2. Now just select Template and you can see bellow button at the right hand side.
3. Now just click on backup / restore button and one box will pop up (you can see it in bellow snapshot)

Once you have logged into Blogger you'll see your Dashboard. create a new post for blogger.

You come to the post editor, from here, you can create your first post with text, music, videos inside.

1. Your post title

3. Add a link to another webpage
4. Add a photo to the post
5. Add a video to teh post
6. Add a label (Category) to your post
7. Swith to HTML mode, to add HTML or JavaScript codes directly into the post

When you're done, click the gray Preview button at the top to make sure it's ready to go. This will open a new tab in your browser where you can see what your post looks like on your blog. Many tech industry companies in Silicon Valley offer a range of perks and benefits to attract and keep employees. Several offer on-site benefits, which have the added bonus of keeping the employee workforce in the office more often. Give employees enough reasons to stick around and you'll likely see productivity go up. Why head home when everything you need is at work?

With that in mind, here's a short list of the perks Google employees get when they sign on at the Googleplex:

• If an employee's bangs are getting in the way during a furious coding session, he or she can schedule an on-site haircut free of charge.

• To work off all those calories, employees can head over to a gym filled with equipment. For the aquatically-inclined, Google also provides swim-in-place swimming pools. These pools are narrow and not very long. Electric water pumps provide a strong current that flows in one direction. Employees swim against the current, staying in place within these small pools. Lifeguards are on duty to keep employees safe.

• Employees can play against each other in a quick game of ping pong, billiards or foosball -- you can find game tables in several of the buildings on campus. There are also video games for employees who prefer to let their thumbs do all the work.

• If an employee spills some of that fancy juice on his or her clothes, all is not lost. Google has laundry facilities available to employees on site. The company even offers dry cleaning services. It's not unusual for Google employees to bring clothes in over the weekend to do laundry at the Googleplex.

• Google's healthcare plan includes on-site medical staff. If an employee suffers an injury or feels ill while at work, he or she can make an appointment with a doctor at the Googleplex.

• Even with all the benefits and perks at the Googleplex, work can become stressful. Fortunately for Google employees, they can take advantage of a subsidized massage program. For a small fee, the employee can receive a massage from a licensed therapist in a private room. In fact, Google's massage rooms and bathrooms are some of the only areas in the Googleplex that have opaque walls.

• Another famous benefit of working at Google is the 20 percent time program. Google allows its employees to use up to 20 percent of their work week at Google to pursue special projects. That means for every standard work week, employees can take a full day to work on a project unrelated to their normal workload. Google claims that many of their products in Google Labs started out as pet projects in the 20 percent time program.

এখন আপনাকে একাউন্ট পাবার জন্য যা যা করতে হবে।

১) একটি ডোমেইন। নরমালি ৮০০-১০০০ টাকার ভিতরে আপনি ভালো মানের কোম্পানি হতে ডোমেইন কিনতে পারবেন। অনেকের ধারনা ব্লগস্পটে গুগল এডসেন্সের একাউন্ট দিয়ে থাকে। কথাটি সত্য কিন্তু ব্লগস্পট দিয়ে আপনি একাউন্ট পাবে কিনা তার কোন গ্যারান্টি নাই। তবে ডোমেইন নিলে ১০০% গ্যারান্টি।
২) এখন কোন ভাবে ২৫-৩০ টা পোষ্ট লিখুন। অবশ্যই ইংরেজী ভাষায় হতে হবে। ইউনিক হতে হবে। আমাদের অনেকেরই প্রবলেম আমরা ইংরেজীতে পোষ্ট লিখতে পারি না। তাদের জন্যও কোন চিন্তা নেই। আমাদের সবার পিসিতেই কম বেশি ওয়াল পেপার থাকে। কম সাইজের ভিতর ১০০ টা ওয়ালপেপার বাছাই করুন(আপলোড করতে সুবিধা হবে।)। প্রতিটা পোষ্টের জন্য নিজের মত করে একটি টাইটেল দিন। প্রতিটা পোষ্টের ভিতর ৩-৫ টা করে ছবি যুক্ত করুন। সাথে ছোট্ট একটি বিবরন ও দিয়ে নিবেন। কি ভাবছেন টাইটেল ও বিবরন কিভাবে লিখবেন। গুগলের বুবে ওয়ালপেপার লিখে সার্চ করুন। দেখুন তারা কি স্টাইলে টাইটেল ও বিবরন লিখেছে। শুধু মাত্র আইডিয়ার জন্য দেখবেন।
৩) কোন প্রকার কপি পেস্ট করবেন না। অনেকে হয়তো বাংলাতে পোষ্ট লিখে ইংরেজী ট্রান্সলেটর দিয়ে তা ইংরেজী করে নিতে চাইবেন। এই কাজটি ভুলেও করবেন না। এতে পোষ্টের মাঝে গ্রামারটিক্যাল ভুল বেশি হয়ে থাকে। যা খুব সহজেই গুগলের নজরে পড়ে যায়।
৪) সাইটে যোগাযোগ. নীতিমালা, এবাউট নামে কিছু পেইজ তৈরী করুন। এবং পেইজগুলোতে কিচু লিখুন। চেষ্টা করবেন ১০০+ ওয়ার্ডে কিছু লিখতে।
৫) সাইটের কোন পেইজ যেন খালি না থাকে। কোন ক্যাটগরী যেন খালি না থাকে। যদি কোন কিছু খালি থাকে তা আন-পাবলিশ করে রাখুন।
৬) এডসেন্স সাপোর্ট করে না এমন বিষয় যেমন হ্যাকিং, পর্ন নিয়ে কোন বিষয় লিখবেন না। যতদিন না আপনার এডসেন্স এপ্রুভ না হচ্ছে।

এইবার গুগল এডসেন্সের জন্য এপ্লাই করুন। প্রথমে তারা অনটেস্ট হিসেবে আপনার এপ্লিকেশন এপ্রুভ করবে। তারপর ২-৩ দিন সময় নিবে ফাইনালভাবে এপ্রুভ করার জন্য। যখন ফুললি এপ্রুভ হয়ে যাবে তখন আপনি চাইলে আপনার ব্লগ সব ভাষায় পোষ্ট লিখতে পারবেন। যে কোন বিষয় নিয়ে পোষ্ট লিখতে পারবেন।

MAC TRANSFORMATION PACK FOR WINDOWS( FREE DOWNLOAD)

অনেক দিনের সখ আমি ম্যাক OS  ব্যাবহার করবো কিন্তু ব্যাবহার করা হয় নি। কেন জানেন? কারন আমার কম্পিউটার নরমাল। বাজার থেকে একটা ম্যাক এর DISK কিনলাম কিন্তু পিসি তো সেটআপ নেয় না। টাকা টাই গেল জলে। পরে ভাবলাম ম্যাক দিলে কি লাভ ওর সফটওয়্যার কই পাব তার চেয়ে উইন্ডোজ ই ভাল। নাই মামার চেয়ে কানা মামা ভাল এই এর কি? উইন্ডোজ ব্যাবহার করি অনেক দিন। কিছু দিন আগে টেকটিউনস এ এক ভাই বললেন বায়স অ নাকি সেটআপ করতে হয়। তা ও পারি নি। ম্যাক এর ভুত এবার মাথায় চাপল। এবার হেল্প নিলাম গুগল এর। গুগল কিন্তু আমাকে নিরাশ করে নি। পেয়ে গালাম Mac Transformation Pack for Windows  এখন আমি ব্যাবহার করি ম্যাক। অল উইন্ডোজ সফটওয়্যার ও চলে। কোন প্রব্লেম নাই। সফটওয়্যার টা মাত্র ৬৩mb.  তাই যদি আপনি চান তো ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন।  Schreenshot দিলাম। কেমন লাগল জানাবেন কিন্তু।

FACEBOOK NEW FEATURE

জনপ্রিয় ও বহুল ব্যবহৃত সোশ্যাল নেটওয়ার্ক ফেসবুক সম্প্রতি বেশ কিছু পরিবর্তন নিয়ে এসেছে।বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল নেটওয়ার্কগুলো সাথে পাল্লা দিয়ে চলার জন্য ফেসবুক প্রতিনিয়ত নতুন নতুন ফিচার উপহার দিচ্ছে তাদের ব্যবহারকারীদের।তারই ধারাবাহিকতায় গত ২৯ মে(২০১৩)এবার নিলে এল “ভেরিফাইড পেইজ অ্যান্ড প্রোফাইল”।
ফেসবুকের চালু হওয়া এই ফিচারটি বহুপূর্বেই ছিল আরেক সোশ্যাল নেটওয়ার্ক টুইটারে।এদিক থেকে বিবেচনা করলে ফেসবুকের এই ফিচার টুইটার থেকে ধার করা।

কিভাবে বুঝবেন পেইজটি ভেরিফাইড কিনা?খুব সহজেই।আপনার ফেসবুক সার্চ বক্সে কোনো সেলিব্রেটি বা কোম্পানীর নাম লিখে সার্চ দিন।উদাহরণস্বরূপ আমি “গুগোল” লিখে সার্চ দিলাম।এবার দেখুন,ভেরিফাইড করা ফেসবুক পেইজের ডান পাশে একটি নীল রঙের টিকচিহ্ন দেখা যাচ্ছে।
